The pros of teamwork are simple, it can teach you how to get along with others. It also can lead to better communication skills and get on the same page as everyone else if you are behind and need help. It can be helpful with creative thinking.

It will waste time that it could have taken to finish it due to different ideas and disagreements. sometimes you just don't want to participate in the groups.

Cover Girl's first male ambassador
Cover girl is a big part of the cosmetic industry because it is one of the go to makeup suppliers. The fact that this kid, Charles who is only 17 became male ambassador for cover girl is just amazing. I read some of the comments at the bottom of the blog, and it disgusts me how judgmental society is because others were shaming him for actually wearing makeup and being on cover girl. Charles is doing exactly one thing he wants to do, that is to just inspire others and say "hey makeup isn't just for girls" and if you go back in history Egyptians wore it for years. He became successful at the age of 17 and it is just amazing.

A fashion job to consider is a fashion photographer, also known as a commercial photographer. Their job is to take pictures of the garments and accessories that an individual company designed and what the model is wearing. A fashion photographer earns between $20,000 and $45,000 a year but if you are just starting out and have a little less experience you earn as much as $16,000 a year, but if you are experienced you earn as much as $65,000. For self employed photographers you need a portfolio of your camera skills and you need to show proof of technical skills, if i were to choose this job i would show proof by sayin i went to SVCTE and took photo but i am taking fashion.

Do you think that the setting of the show with the computers, robots, and retro vibe was intended to bring the brand to a younger audience? Why or why not?
While i was looking at chanels 2017 ready to wear spring collection, i felt like they were trying to bring in the younger audience because of the choice of colors and style of garments and accessories. The hats are definitely a dead ringer for trying to bring in that young audience because who doesn't wear hats when you are a teenager, even girls like to wear them. The black dress is the best style that they have chosen for the trend because i feel like girls are going to be wearing that particular style in different colors to. The color scheme just in general for this show is just so amazing because they are the only colors most teenagers wear, i just think they hit their audience that they want spot on.

ELIE SAAB
For Paris Fashion Week i chose to watch Elie Saab's fashion show live on http://fashionweekonline.com/paris, so if you want to go check it out click on the link. I feel like her style is fit for what will actually be worn than what won't be worn because if you pay attention to other designers they tend to make these crazy things which isn't a bad thing but they just won't be worn. i give the designers so much credit because now that i am in a fashion class, i see how much time and effort they put into these and yes most of their pieces will not make it into the trends but they will be worn for something. Elie saab's style is just so chic and fresh, it also has that sense of trendy feel going on because the patterns, colors and fabric she uses will catch a lot of attention especially with the teenagers.
