The pros of teamwork are simple, it can teach you how to get along with others. It also can lead to better communication skills and get on the same page as everyone else if you are behind and need help. It can be helpful with creative thinking.

It will waste time that it could have taken to finish it due to different ideas and disagreements. sometimes you just don't want to participate in the groups.
